year veteran Chief of Police serving in the U.S. Navy and holds

both a Bachelor and Master’s degree from the University of

Maryland, University College majoring in Management.

Maurice currently lives in the great city of Baltimore with his

wife Kara. He is an avid runner, tech enthusiast, and world
