Ben Clements

Ben has extensive experience in the Real Estate industry since 1983 as a lender, appraiser and real estate agent. He lives in Columbia with Tanya, his wife of 34 years. He has been with The Fitzgerald Team since May of 2009 and has actively represented both sellers and buyers throughout the Baltimore-Washington metro area. As a lender, he worked for Sandy Spring Bank and The Columbia Bank handling loan requests for personal and commercial financing including development and new construction loans. He also worked for six years with an appraisal firm providing analysis and estimates of value for personal and commercial properties. He has been active as a volunteer for various local organizations including the Home Builders Association of Maryland, the Columbia Association and the First Tee of Howard County. He has been on the First Tee board of directors for the past 17 years serving as the Chairman since January of 2011. Hobbies include reading and golf. He has played competitive golf for 50+ years and won the Maryland Senior and Washington Metro Senior championships in 2009.
